You guys are exactly right. That's exactly what I'm talking about. I think you guys are taking my comments the wrong way though.
I'm not saying that he did anything against the rules because he didn't. It more of a principal thing, but think about it did Mirko really need to put those exclamation points on either guy? No, but he did anyway and no one says anything because it was an awesome fight and everyone loves Mirko. Did Arona need to hit Overeem that last time? No but he did hit him one extra time a split second after the stoppage. Big deal. Overeem was never in the fight and he would lose 9 times out of 10 only due to the 1% "anything can happen" factor and injury.
