O.K. I missed last week's TUF so I watched the rerun on Spike last night. And I'll hand it to some of you. A lot of People on Fight Forum says Matt is an annoying sound in the corner to his fighters. I didnt think much of it until LAST NIGHT!

Does the other team even have a guy like serra that takes charge and coaches them? If so, where is he when the fight starts? Or is Matt serra so friggin' *LOUD* that we just can't hear the other team's guy?

I wondered if Serra had his own microphone. Or maybe a megaphone. Whatever, he sure has an annoying voice. Seems to be an exceptional coach and leader though.

I understand that it can get irritating, but have you not noticed the difference it makes? Many of the fighters have won their matches by doingexactly what he says. Plus Pete Sell is one of his students, of course he's going to be extra loud in that match. He is a good leader. Team Mojo owes a lot of that mojo to Matt Serra.

He seems like a great corner man and I think his team fights better because of him. I think he gives good advise. I just wish he wasn't so annoying about it. He sounds more like a little league coach than a MMA conerman.

Then again, IMO he is fighting Pete Spratt judging by last episode preview i saw. And pete is experiencing confidence issues, Matt will probabley beat him.

So far, this entire season, Serra has been getting a huge portion of the camera and mic time each episode. I wonder if it isnt edited that way to sort of play him up. It makes me think that Serra is one of the finalists in his devision and its edited that way on purpase to get him some exposure and help sell the finals...who knows...

And I think you're right, Jras0001. It seems like since the start of the show, the focus has been on Serra. Like he's the main guy on the show. I think he's gonna make it far for this reason. The amount of screentime he gets is so much more than anyone else.
