Currently? I like the PacMan Manny Paquiao. He's got such a raw unorthodox Rocky type style that makes him fun to watch.
But I HAVE ALWAYS been an Evander Holyfield fan. Arguable next to Ali, the greatest counter puncher of all time and definitely the best conditioned boxer we've seen the last 20 years or so.
Not that other boxers arent' conditioned, but he took it to a whole different level. He was the type of fighter who knew he wasn't that strong punching power wise, but he WANTED to take the fight to the later rounds. His success was in wearing down larger and stronger opponents and he had some great battles, Bowe, Moorer, Foreman, of course the two Tyson fights, he was just solid and I always loved Evander's work ethic.
A great Boxer! Watch his counter punching. Nasty!

I have two: Evander Holyfield and Terry Norris. They both were master boxers that could bang. The only weakness in Terry was his chin. Had he had a durable chin, he would have whooped all the major players of his time: Trinidad, De la Hoya, Whitaker ect. None-the-less he is still my favorite. And Evander, in his prime would have outpointed Lenox Lewis, and we all know what he did to Mike Tyson. In the last 15 years, Evander has been the best heavyweight, with Mike Tyson close behind. These are my two favorites.

Sugar Ray Robinson: Very sussessful, very active boxer. He was a true boxer, not a knock out puncher, but he beat the best inn his weight class by decision consistantly.
Rocky Marciano: THE Man. Whatever you do to justify his undefeated record, he was still never defeated. No one else in any combat sport can say that after competing at the top level. He was a friggin' steam engine. Always pushing forward, never backing off until the fight was over. He had an iron chin and could hit like a mother-f***er, too!
George Foreman:A young G.F. was a mean SOB who had the heaviest hands in boxing (he broke people's arms when they blocked), and was completely unbeatable. Ali outlasted him in Ziare, solidifying Ali's place as the greatest boxer of all time. An older G.F., much mellowed since his early career, came out of retirement twice just to smack Mike Tyson around (which I never believe he got the chance to do). He became the heavy weight champ at 40, and sells his mufflers and grills. You gotta' love the guy!

I liked the USA Tuesday Night Fight guys. They didn't do alot, but they were fun to watch. Butterbean, JamesThunder, Joe Hipp, Paz was the exception. I think of this as the end of boxing's golden era.

I like Sugar Ray Leonard for being a smart intelligent boxer. Thomas Hearns and Marvelous Marvin Hagler for dangerous KOs.
And Mike Tyson for the lethal combo, KO / Bitting

My favourite boxer is Danny Green because he was born where i was and he's a pretty sick boxer.
