Default Bas Rutten Made Me Puke And Pull My Groin!

We all have that moment. That day where you start having delusions that you could actually fight in the UFC, then REALITY HITS!

My reality was this.

3 miles, I ran it in about 24 1/2 minutes. Had a good sweat, then went 3 rounds of kickboxing with a partner of mine, felt really really good, it was a good sparring match of 5 minutes each at about 80% power. Then I start thinking
"My ground game sucks, but I've watched and trained enough Jean Jaques Machado back in the day to hold my own", so I go 35 minutes with this dude who acts like a little Nogueira. Who subsequently triangle choked me out.

Then my instructor says..."Think Your Tough huh? You look good, but let's see if you have anything between your legs!"

SO he pops in Bas Ruttens all around Workout CD....And I think, easy enough. Yeah Right!

About 7 minutes in to the 28 minute CD, when Bas says JUMPING SQUATS FOR 30 SECONDS, I suddenly realized I couldn't feel my stomach or my legs. Next Thing I know I'm looking up cause I collapsed, and apparently on the way down, I puked. So I puked, passed out and to finish it off.

Pulled my Groin!

I hope Your'e Happy El GUapo! You made a 33 year old fart basically piss himself in front of 20 something MMA fighters!

its seriously impressive how in shape the majority of MMA fighters are. not many people understand what it takes to go 15 minutes nonstop in the cage. by the way, maybe you should consider buying a nice bucket?

Bas Rutten isn't the easiest way to train. But there are good trainings... Hope we will see him back, very soon..
