welcome to Fight Forum! if you have fighting or training experience come down to the training part of the forum. if you don't, come down anyway. lots of great information being posted there for people looking to be or who are, fighters.

Yes, the sig is a very good tip when it comes to falling. You know you are going to hit the ground why take the chance of breaking your arm. I bet it is going to hurt a lot less if you just fall instead of breaking your arm. You will never see me catching the ground.
