Serra vs. St. Pierre
I don't think Serra would beat either Hughes or GSP, but I think GSP's style would be harder for Serra than Hughes's style. I like Serra a lot and can't wait until he goes to 155 where he belongs...that is if he doesn’t pull an upset against GSP.

No way thats going to happen. GSP is a machine and will take serra apart.
Maybe if he's lucky, serra can talk dana into letting him collect his title shot against sean sherk at LW instead, heheh.

Yup! GSP beat down hughes of all people, and serra is NOWHERE near hughe's league. The PPV card better be stacked, otherwise i cannot see serra vs GSP carrying a PPV. The outcome is so predictable its not even funny.
Perhaps serra's shot could be on a free UFN event?

He'd have to be superman to jump that high... just kidding. I like Serra but GSP is way to good for him..

I would go out on a limb and say that GSP has the better ground game then Serra. I really hope Dana lets Serra go down too lightweight for his title shot. I think he has a chance against Sherk. If he doesnt that means i put all my points on GSP.

Serra will have a long night with GSP cause I don't think GSP will go to the ground with Serra, but GSP isn't a fish out of water if it does.
GSP will again retain his belt when he fights Serra, in my opinion.

I am pretty sure Serra wanted Hughes to win that fight for more than one reason. But I am going to predict that the Superman punch is only a ploy to get GSP off guard so Serra can throw his newly found skill.....

i mean there not even REMOTELY close in skills. we should have a pool over how fast and brutal serra gets ktfo
