i have been very fond of Roast Beef sandwiches lately. i also eat alot of sardines, not so cheap but they are easy and go good with crackers. Tuna in the pouch is great, companies make alot of varieties with differant seasonings now so you have more options. however i always opt for the Tuna in sunflower oil. you get protein and good fats all at once. i try to eat oatmeal when i first wake up, with raisins, cinnamon and honey, about 3/4 of a cup dry is a good portion for me. i find that it gives me a great deal of energy to get going. when you plan meals its best to stick with the least processed options. but at the sametime don't look to avoid fats, you're body needs them to perform at an optimal level, especially if you train hard. too many people try to avoid all fat when in reality you should get about 20% of your calories from good fats.
