thats ideal Jon but impractical for many. for those of us who can't do the two hour thing its best to divide the calories as best as possible. you can even get more specific and talk just vegetables. sure you want to eat veggies with every meal, but if thats not possible the solution is to eat as many as you can when you can. the main goal is to get all the calories you need in a day, spreading them out evenly is secondary. alot of these ideas come from bodybuilding and are designed for maximum muscle growth. you can do pretty well for yourself on the 3 meals a day plan if thats all you have time for.
