I follow the nutritional guide that the national program Ultimate Bodyshaping Course uses.
It's a great diet plan with dozens of good carbs, good fats etc. that you can eat that are fun to prepare and has at least 100 safe "snacks" you can eat without going to bed hungry.
It's what works for me.
