Fights where you couldn't root for one guy over the other
Sometimes, in rare occasions, there are fights where you're a total fan of both guys and you don't want to see either of them lose. You don't want either guy to take a loss, and in separate fights you'd be 100% behind each of them. Like Chuck was saying for Hughes-Penn, these are two of his best friends in MMA and he was just hoping that neither of them got hurt and he couldn't cheer for either guy.
The first one that comes to mind for me is Henderson-Wanderlei II. Those are two of my favourite fighters. I didn't want Silva to lose his belt, but I was totally excited about Hendo moving up and wearing two belts at once.
GSP-Serra. GSP is another one of my favourite fighters, but it's hard not to like Matt Serra, and everyone loves an underdog. I wanted GSP to keep his belt as badly as I wanted Serra to win it.
What would you add to the list?

The fight didn't start with me feeling this way, but after a few minutes of them duking it out, I felt this way about Sell/Smith.

Oh yeah -- good point, DF. Just watching two guys battle it out with everything they have and then it goes to a decision. Edgar & Griffin was like that -- neither of those guys deserved a loss on their record for a performance like that.

AA v Werdum: I was really hoping Werdum would have an impressive showing in his UFC debut but at the same time I was rooting for Arlovski to get another title shot.
Zelg Galesic v Mark Weir: 2 of my favourite UK fighters, Id have been happy whoever won.
Penn v Pulver: Both guys coming off losses, I didnt really want to see either lose again (although I suppose I was rooting for Penn a little bit more than Jens)

I would also have to say AA vs. Werdum. Arlovski was always my favorite UFC heavyweight fighter but I really did want Werdum to advance in the rankings. What I didn't want was a three round slapfest.

Wand and Hendo for sure
Wand and Chuck is gonna be really hard for me to watch.
All of Randy and Chucks fights.
I like way to many fighters so this happens to me all the time.

I think the only clear example for me was Crocop-Wandy II.
I was hoping CC would take it a bit more because I believed he would have a much better chance of winning the final after that as well.
When the head kick came I was real happy and shocked at the same time.
Then I immediately felt sorry for Wandy, but also happy for CC (especially after he went on to win the whole thing - and dominating Wandy like that was an achievement in itself).
--------
I liked both Serra and GSP too, but seeing one of them lose didn't bother me at all. Even when it was via KO.
I don't think there is a fight out there now where I would feel bad about the other guy losing.
From my absolute fave fighters BJ-Hansen and Crocop-Fedor are in the same weight class, and I know I would root for BJ and CC in those.
Not being able to pick who to root for is another thing though. Those kinda fights happen often. Like Rampage-Hendo for example.

Any fight where the fighters put everything into it and put on a great show.
I will be stuck on who to want to win with Hendo/Rampage, two of my favourites. Also when Cro Cop faces Couture, Fedor/Couture.... stuck there as well.
