why do so many fighters get the nickname "Pitbull"? there are thousands of animals out there to choose and yet we have about a dozen "pitbulls" running around and only a few actually deserve the nickname.

Because Dog fighting used to be very popular in Brazil and many gyms down there have the pit bull as their sybol or mascot.
Most of the fighters on that list are brazilian |
