RECENTLY READ AN ARTICLE REGARDING "CAGE RAGE 22" & ON THE UNDERCARD THERE WAS A FIGHTER BY THE NAME OF HERB DEAN......IS THIS THE SAME HERB DEAN WHO REFEREES UFC MATCHES OR DOES A FIGHTER JUST SO HAPPEN TO HAVE THE SAME NAME?

I think Deans a good ref, he's made one or two bad stops but imo Mcarthy has made way more and he's revered as a god.
