Default My MMA Event Pics...

Well I finally downloaded all the photos from my phone onto my Mac this week, so I thought Id share some pics Ive taken from various MMA events.

First off is an event called Caged we went to in a town called Trowbridge last November. It was a semi-pro rules night (no headshots on the ground) and also had a boxing and kickboxing rules match. It was pretty sweet as we got to sit literally 2 rows from the front, although you couldnt see much when the fights went to the ground lol.

Butterbean won by KO in the first round. Bit of an early stoppage imo.

Here's some pics from Cage Rage 23 at Wembley Arena last September. The event was headlined by Gary 'Smiler' Turner v Julius Francis:

Here's a couple of pictures from Cage Rage 19 (Dec2006) at London's Earls Court. The event was headlined by Rob Broughton v Butterbean.

Only a couple of pics from this event Im afraid, but at least the guy in them is pretty good looking

Ok guys, this thread's died a little as I havent been to any MMA shows since UFC80 back in January but this weekend I finally broke my MMA fast and attended FX3 X-treme Brawl 9 in Reading. It was a good event, with pretty much all of the fights ending in the first round. Unfortunately there was some trouble after the main event as lots of Poles who turned up to support a Polish fighter werent too happy when he lost and it all kicked off for a little while, but luckily the situation was diffused fairly quickly.

Report can be found here:
http://www.mmaweekly.com/absolutenm/...sp?a=7101&z=13

Ian Freeman was the MC for the night:

When I'm at events I never think to take any pictures, I guess I'll start because some of these are great.

Oh god I can imagine that, I think I'll steer clear of the old action-shots then

Going to any MMA events in the near future?

Nothing planned mate. Probably wont be until the New Year now, the rest of the year's gonna be a bit quiet as the wife is due to give birth next month, plus Xmas coming is up soon and I still owe my friend money for my Jimmy Carr ticket!

Hopefully there'll be a decent UFC card on in the first quarter next year that I can get to.

You get to many events?

You don't get too many events up here as you can probably imagine, we do get the odd Cage Wars and a couple of other ones.

I try to get down to England and watch a few but there's not alot that's worth the drive down
