Where is it free? I live in Toronto, where it's based out of, and I would have to pay extra for it.

I live in Hamilton and I know some people who have it. I have Bell Expressvu and I don't get it, but friends of mine with digital cable get it. I think it's like and extra $2 a month for the channel which i hear is totally worth it.
