very true... was a hell of a kick though. and as far as i kow karate is not highly supporeted in mma competition.something about linear movements or something. i dunno to tell ya the truth i have seen it in action and it looks pretty deadly.
when was that clip from? is it recent?
i wonder if tie bo isn't doing all that well?

From the looks of the hairstyle, guis and video quality it's probably late 70s early 80s.

Once again, a lession on to why you "KEEP YOUR GARD UP".
Yes that was a nice kick, but it would not have done a thing if his hands were up.
maybe that is why he is always talking about "Keep Your Hands Up" on his video?

come on guys give him a break that was before his Tae-Bo days. **** he should call a rematch then kick, jab, jab, jab, knee, knee, jab, jab, kick. No chance.

Holy hell, that looks like it hurt. Talk about all limp and sprawled out on the floor...
Ya, that looks like its an older video from the looks of everyones clothing. But like someone pointed out, everyone loses at some point. People who compete will probably tell you that you learn more from your losses than you do from your wins.
