Would You rather have a boxers nose or cauliflower ears?
Two lifetime badges of honor that prove you have seen your share of battles. Which means the most to you?

When I see someone with bad ears the first thing that comes to mind is competitive fighting, when I see the boxers nose I think he got punched out. Not sure if that's fare of me but that's just the way I see it so I'd have to say the cauliflower ears are the better badge of battles.

Couture has cauliflower ear...Honestly it doesn't bother me. It shows that the guy has had his share of battles and is willing to lay it all on the line.

I can agree with what some of you say, but cauliflower ears are not pleasant to look at. My nose has been broken and certainly isn't what it used to look like, but i think that's more easily overlooked than the ears. I guess if you're into looking like a fighter though, the ears are more prominent.
I'd prefer for nobody to see me coming ^^

ever see Wanderlei SIlva's ears...it looks like they were chewed off by rats. some of the BBJ guys look like they have no ears. i'd go with the ears as my badge of honor.

I have a thick upper nose from it being broken 4 times by 3 high roundhouses and a sidekick from Olympic style sparring.

Being a wrestler I'd take the cauliflower ear, because if I see someone with wrestler's ear I respect them a little more, even if I don't know them(Just because I know how grueling of a sport it is and what they went through) Randy Couture probally has one of the worst cases I have ever seen. Him and one of my fellow coaches.

I've had cauliflower ear's since high school. It sucks, i'd trade it for boxer nose anyday. Just thank god I was with my future wife back then so I didn't have to chase girls with puffy mangled ears. I've looked into getting them fixed, basically the doctor told me I had a better chance of getting pregnent.

They are both signs of a warrior. I never wore a headgear in wrestling. I'm surprised I didn't ever get it. Anyone who has them should be proud. People who know what it is have much respect for you, myself included.

NOSE! I hate the look of the ears lol. I am not trying to impress anyone by my physical flaws, I impress them with my punches to their face
Do the cauliflower ears effect the hearing in anyway?

If they get bad enough. I had a friend who had it alot worse then I did, he said he couldn't hear s--- out of his right ear. Mine have no effect on my hearing tho.
