for MMA officials, i'd imagine the best thing would be to have regular siminars. Because you have to equal out your scoring between your striking arts and grappling arts.

I allways went to training siminars when I was in Germany. And in the USA, you have to go to siminars and be certified in USA boxing as well as being a official for pro boxing. And in my KickBoxing Federation with the WRKF, I do certifications for that.

this weekend I just got done judging at a MMA event, and all 3 judges looked like they all used different ways to score each round.
