I'm actually surprised that the odds are even this good.

I needed 3 Alka Seltzers last night after that Eagles game. I dropped about all my points (950k) on the Patriots figuring it was a sure bet. And it was. But freakin they made it dramatic.
I wonder if the same will happen tonight with the Steelers, but I dunno.
Miami is freakin pretty bad. But even teh worst offense in The NFL yesterday won (the niners).
Any suggestions betting gurus?

Accuscore has the Steelers winning 87% of the time, and I'm inclined to agree. Steelers have not lost at home on Monday night football since 1991 I believe.

I will probably end up going with Pittsburg. Although, they play pretty crappy when it comes to second rate teams.
Another thing the Las Vegas bookies take into account is the cold weather, Miami is accustomed to warm climate. Not to say they don't know what its like playing in the cold, but it is a factor.

12 straight MNF wins…dark and rainy environment (a defenses friend)…being embarrassed and physically outplayed by the Jets a week ago…having to practice in full pads on Thanksgiving (as punishment)…playing impressive at home…I’d like to go all in for the Steelers, but it isn’t worth the stress. You got to think Miami will win one game sometime, but probably not this one. The Steelers are without Polamalu and Holmes which isn’t good news at all. However, they should still take this game.

I'm going to put more on the Steelers, just waiting for the interest payment to come at 8. Good luck guys, I predict the final score will be 30-13 Steelers.

I'm going to bet, at least 100,000 points, on the Steelers later on tonight. I'd bet a lot more if Holmes (their #1 receiver) and Polamalu (one of their best defensive players) were playing. However, they have the depth to overcome these losses and it helps they are playing a weak team...Hopefully Big Ben can get things rocking like their last Monday night game...don't need another stressful game like last night!

I totally agree this could be a monster trap game for the Steelers. I put 4k down on Pit though.
On a side note, I am done betting the over/under. I am horrible at it. I would have barely lost a bet this week if I had stayed away from the over/under line.

I don't think this will be a trap game for the Steelers, I actually think the opposite (but I see how my post can be interpreted that way now). They already fell against the Jets. They don't want to be humiliated again, especially on MNF. They have one of the best rushing attacks in the league, facing the leagues worst rush defense as of right now. They are playing against a QB who only had 1 NFL career start…last week…Steelers should take this one…
