Steelers are my 2nd favorite team. Jags are my #1. I dig it when these guys take swings at each other. This is a tough guy's game. All that being said, damnit, the Jags deserve something for having to live in Jacksonville. I worked their, I can make fun of it. Getting rid of Lefwich was the best thing we ever did. He's a nice guy, but yeesh . . . what did they see in him other than durability?

The only guys definitely out for Pittsburgh right now are Marvel Smith, and Parker. I think Polamalu practiced today and is probable for tommorrow, so he should play. This game the Steelers know that the run is coming, the only question is... Can they stop it? Imo this should be a close game and could go either way, but I can't bet against my favorite team, so I guess I'll drop a couple k on Pittsburgh.

I hate to double post, but I want to make a prediction.
I watched the Jags manhandle my poor Texans in their last game and it was crazy how good they are. Great defense, great running game, and an error free QB. This team reminds me alot of the Ravens team that won the Super Bowl a few years ago. The Steelers have been beat in week 14 and 15 by two teams that I think are better than them and they are NE and Jax. Taylor and Jones-Drew torched the Steelers for over 200 yard on the ground. Expect more of the same.

The Jaguars are an impressive team. They have the second best tandem of RB's in the league. They have a QB who is not only mistake free, but makes great plays (threw for 3 TD's against the Steelers earlier this season) They have an aggressive and swarming defense...all things you want going into the playoffs. The Steelers have dealt with some big losses but are still talented enough to win the game. However, the Jags are just playing too well to not pick them.

I 100 percent agree with all of you that the jags will clean up the steelers in this game. The only thing that stops me from betting is that the Steelers are home! And ya the Jags did already beat them at home. But, thats is quite a feat, to beat the Steelers at home, let alone twice. So i can't touch this game just for that single fact even though i agree Jags are a way better team than the Steelers.

Yeah I would be a lot more confident if the Steelers wouldn't have gotten ran all over by them a couple weeks ago. Also last week vs. the Ravens the Steelers had their starting defense in and even the Ravens offense didn't have a problem scoring for the first half of the game. I still think that the Steelers could win this game which is why I put some points on them, but their run defense needs to be a lot better than it has the last couple weeks.

How are they looking now?
The spread makes it really tough to pick now......

I'm just freakin laughin. Victim of the spread. Now I know how real life degenerate gamblers feel.
Lol.
Good game though. Both games. There's always tomorrow.
I'm not touching the Titans game, although I'm thoroughly convinced that it will go over 39 points. Today was a perfect example. These wildcard teams are tough. I mean the Skins down 13-0 going into the 4th quarter?
Then they beat the over?
Hehe.
The Over/Under makes the playing field a little more level IMO.

Good game...refs didn't notice the Hines Ward facemask I guess. I hate seeing bad calls.
Great run by Garrard late...think 23 is kicking himself right now?
There were bad calls on both sides of the ball. There was that one on Pittsburgh, but then on the one two point conversion there is no way that was holding on the center. Then they had to back it up ten yards after they already got it. It didn't seem like a good idea at the time, but if they would have just kicked both extra points instead of going for 2 the game would have been tied.
