Wow, I didn't think Kurt would be that big of an underdog against Nate. In my mind, he's the favorite in the fight. I may be laying down some points on Pellegrino.

I haven't bet a lot of points in a long time...tried to bet smart even while being really partial to some of the fighters on the card.
25k Karo
25k Guida
10k Din Thomas
10k Edgar
5k Pellegrino
5k Lauzon

I picked Nate for the fantasy picks, but I am with you on being shocked by the odds. I think that this is one fight I won't bet on unless I am betting on Kurt on account of the odds.

Just so everyone knows. If you are involved in the UFC Fantasy stuff you only have a little over 16 hours left to get your card in. I only bring this up because this seems to be about a day earlier than usual and I know I would have been locked out if I had not decided to take care of my picks now thanks to this bookie thread reminding me that the UFN was just around the corner.

That Irvin/Alexander one is tempting. I really like Irvin, but totally do not deny Alexanders power. Irvin has been inconsistent the last year and a half plus had a bad injury. But he's still Irvin, his style is so similar to Alexander.

I really don't know.
Ya Krav. I like Irvin a lot, but I tried to stay away from betting in this fight. I pit 5k on Irvin. He has just as much power, but more technique than Houston. It is whoever hits the other one first lol.

19000 on Thiago Alves. I just found out that he spent the last 6 weeks training with Jimmy Pedro leanring as much Judo defense as poosible and from the sounds of it should be prepared for anything Karo might try.
