Yeah Ecuador is worth the risk, you lose 100 who cares, but if they win you get 20,000!!!

Man, I almost missed out on this topic. I'm glad I saw it when I did, just in the nick of time.

I put down 1500 on Argentina. I really think Brazil could repeat, but my gut told me to go with Argentina. They have some aging veterans, so it may be their last shot to win the big one for a decade or so.

What do you guys think of the past matches? I think Argentina vs Ivory Coast was the best game so far.

Hey, my Argentine bet is looking good so far. They have been impressive to say the least, albeit against inferior teams. It will be interesting to see how they do once the knockout round starts. So far so good though.

As for my Team USA, ouch is all I can say right now. I'll be watching tomorrow, but it was ugly last Monday against the Czech Republic. We have two must-win games, and then we will go from there. If we lose to Italy tomorrow, it's adios! So here's to some good luck for the Americans.

At this point, Ecuador and Germany are in the second round, but Ecuador is not going in undefeated. hehehehe.

That was the worst game that I have seen. That referee should have been yanked out and fired on camera for millions to see. Like the commentators said, "This will be the last game that referee will ever officiate at a World Cup tournament."

As for the actual game, it wasn't bad at all. The intensity between both teams was awesome, and the game was really entertaining.

As for the referee, that may have been the worst as you said.

It wasn't necessarily the bad calls that pissed me off, it was the inconsistency and unsurety. He really didn't act like he stood by his decisions, which led to the make-up call on Mastroeni. That was a yellow card for sure. It was a little rough, but it hasn't been called a red card for other teams and players.

I don't disagree with the call on Pope though.

That being said, the referee screwed over Italy a few times too, so what goes around comes around I guess. It was just too inconsistent for me.

But man, that atmosphere was great!! I was disappointed with a tie, but hopefully we can beat Ghana cleanly and have Italy beat a beat-up Czech Republic. Then we will be moving on.

If that was the worst game youīve ever seen, then you must not have seen many games.

Dude, donīt you see that I am poor? Look at my points, I lost 145,000 on Taylor vs Winky. I think I broke the record for most points lost on a fight, I also held the previous record, Couture vs Liddell III, where I lost 100,000.LOL.

But I think I will be back up to 1000 by the time Germany play Ecuador. SO IT`S ON!!!!!. I accept the bet.
