What happened when I was gone.....

Hey FF

As you know I had to leave for a little over a month because I lost a membership bet. (Rashad over Griffin) Yeah, that really sucked major monkey nuts. Anyway, this is the story.

The night of the fight I was in Houston visiting family. I later went to my buddy's house. He also lives in Houston and wrestles with me at Texas State. I was very pumped up for the fights and was surprised to see Silva getting knocked out by Rampage and was even more surprised to see Mir finish Big Nog. Then it was the main event. I was excited for this fight. THe first round went and gone and I gave to Griffin. The second round came and Griffin tagged Rashad pretty good sometimes and then I saw something that will forever piss me off. Rashad kiss his fingers and grab his cup. Pitiful! I call it now, I get first avatar of RAshad getting viciously KOed! Anyway, the third round was history. I saw my favorite fighter (still is my favorite fighter) get beat by someone that was distasteful, vulgar, and classless. I would say how I truly feel but don't want to get in trouble!!! LOL I come back to FF and decide to take my month and a half off and "re-group".

Then 4 days later I went to a volunteer fireman's dance with my family. Walking in I told my dad, "You know, I'm probably going to be the youngest one here by at least 15 years." After we walked in I looked at him and said, "Holy ****...... better make it 45 years". He laughed and said, "Yeah, it is 15 for me." Guys, I kid you not. It was like being in a nursing home. It was a sea of gray. I figured I'll just sit in the corner and eat my M&Ms and drink my orange coke. Then I noticed that when you get older, things change. For example, lets say you are somewhat still young, when a party is planned you don't go to it until later on when it starting to get wild and good. Not here.. Nope! The longer the dance went, it got past people's bedtimes. Anyway, to make a long story short. I ended up meeting a girl there. Her mother recently married an American guy and she has been in the country for 9 days. Oh hell yeah, I jumped all over that. She is from Russia. Anyway, we hit it off pretty good (still going good). Communication was difficult at first but now full conversations are easy. Showed her some MMA. First fight was Matt Hughes vs Frank Trigg then Liddell vs Ortiz. ANd ladies and Gentlemen, we have ourselves a new die hard fan!

Also during that time I had some wrestling tournaments. Have one on the 21st (will place) and another at LSU (will get ass raped) on the 28th. So, no drinking until then. Instead, I'm taking my girl to Houston to see the I-Max and to Moody Gardens. She has never seen things like this so I think it will be a good experience. Okay guys. I'll talk to y'all later. The guy across the hall in the dorm is blaring his bass and its hard to relax. Going to change that. Ready to get my own apartment next semester.

great blog I really enjoyed that

    regarding the girl:
-you will become poor paying for the UFC ppvs but whatever you have to do to hang with her
-show her all the wonderful things about America! What could be a better angle than volunteering to be her personal tour guides?
-I bet she has an awesome accent

Thanks Ops. Anyway, I buy the PPVs anyway or I watch them at Buffalo Wild Wings. I took her there for the Franklin vs Hendo fight and she thought the place was awesome. She even picked a wing clean. I was very impressed! HAhaa And yeah, I'm going to show her whatever I can in America. I never felt so blessed to live in the USA until I met her. For example, I took her to her first Video Arcade in the mall. And later I took her to the River Walk in San Antonio and she was just amazed at how things were before we even did any of the fun stuff.

I'm picking up Russian quicker than I thought I would. It is a very difficult language to learn. But anyways, yes. Her accent kicks major ass.

Sounds like still has found himself a keeper. So when are you gonna bring this little firecracker around for us to meet?

Good luck with the tourneys, too. Best thing about meets like the LSU one is that you have nothing to lose. You can let it all hang out and hopefully perform better than you expect. Let us know how it goes.

No Counter, she is older than me but not that much older. She is only a year and half older.

I agree Dirty. I never wrestled in High School. I graduated from George West ISD and they didn't have wrestling. I competed in jui jitsu a little and decided to try my luck with wrestling and one thing led to another. I'm not expected to do anything on the 21st or 28th. Thats okay. I already accepted the fact that no one thinks I'm going to be a factor. My goal is, win or lose, to have my opponents remember me. Afterwards I want them to say, "Damn, that guy wouldn't quit...." I can be happy with that. Anyway, I'll keep you guys updated.
