damn i love cars.
i just sold my 12sec 1/4 mile crx and found out that the guy i sold it to is selling it for double what he paid. i sold it to him at a "friend" price.

i have a 65 nova. it's a giant pos, but i love it.
just started doing some body work on it. the previous owner had put some impala tail lights on it so i had to cut out holes for the stock lights. i have 2 done and 2 more to go. pain in the ass, but it's fun. just wish the damn inline 6 motor would run good. i just don't have the money to put my 350 in it.

my wife has a 64 fairlane. it's a good daily driver, but damn i'm tired of fixing old cars.

well those are my cars.
i did have a 90 rx-7 that needed a new engine in it. i was gonna drop a 350 chevy motor in it. after i bought my motor i saw a nova on craigslist and had to buy it. so i sold the rx-7...
i miss it, but i miss my crx even more. too bad that damn thing needs a smog check.
i hate cali and their smog laws

    Haha, my buddy's got a 63 or 64 fairlane, 4 door, 221 v8 with a column shifted 3 speed...Sweet car! I used to drive a 12 second (on road race suspension) 90 5.0, I miss that car... Was your CRX all motor?

    My pops got 65 fairlane fully restored, it's pretty nice. Chrome need to be re dipped or something. It's red and white. It looks like it should be in a Coke Cola ad. Doesn't matter to much, cause it's not like he'll ever let me drive it.

    just realized that people can comment on my blog.
    bass: my crx was a junkyard turbo setup. using mostly oem parts from mitsubishi. i had a 1st gen eclipse turbo, fuel injectors and blow off valve. the turbo manifold was a stock honda "hf mani" and i was running on a chipped ecu that was a custom basemap. was gonna get it tuned, but never got around to it.
    a safe estimate hp # is 225-250. i was running 12psi in an 1800 lb car. it was a fun setup, hopefully i can get my nova going. it's not gonna be as fast as the crx for a while though.
