Hopkins/Wright Spoilers ****
Close win by Hopkins. I find Winky's style extremely boring and hard to watch. THis was a sloppy fight, but I'm happy for the win cause I needed the points.

It was a close win by the fact that it was extremely hard to score. Two of the judges had it 117-110 Hopkins. So, it might now seem that close. I only caught the main event, so I didn't see the undercards.

I thought it was a pretty good fight. The final 3 rounds were very sloppy. But it surprised me in that both guys went toe to toe a couple of times during it. I felt hopkins deserved the win but not by the margins the judges gave it. I had him winning by 2 rounds. Undercards were great! Good night of boxing overall i think, had to stay up till 6 a.m to watch it though cause of time difference! Oh yeah, and I predicted B-hop decision!!

The undercard fights were pretty awesome. Hopkins vs Wright wasn't too bad. All in all it was definitely worth the money.

i thought it was a horrible decision....boxing has another black mark....another big step backward....more reason that the UFC is in fire....there is no way, imho, that hopkins won that fight...

Why do you think that mate? I agree it was very close ,but I only thought winky got rounds 2, 8,9,10. Its a bit like the DLH/PBF fight. It depends what each spectator is looking for. Winky was slightly more aggressive so I could see why you could argue he should have won. But I dont think it was an outragous decision. It wasn't a blatent screw-job like Holyfield/Lewis 1 or DLH/Mosely 2

I didn't see the fight but if Winky in some people's opinion won then he just got robbed in this fight and the Taylor fight. That makes it two times already. If he fights DLH which he wants to, then he may bet robbed again, if it goes to a decision.
