And people are so fast to jump all over MMA for a few people testing positive in various events. Hell, not only did Toney test positive, but so did his oponent. Great job guys, way to represent your sport.

Its things like this that will give any sport or organization a bad rep. If you ask me, I think that Toney's fine was way too light. He should have received a much heavier financial penalty.

Heres a quote from the article:

"Toney's May 24 opponent Danny Batchelder also tested positive with the steroids Oxandrolone, Stanozolol Metabolite, and an elevated T/E Ratio. Like Toney, he also been fined $2,500 and suspended through the end of his licensing year which is May 22, 2008."

true, but at this point most people dont even follow it... i think the avg fight fan will remember is good years way back, and then a just fat over the hill HW that fights nobodies in smaller venues... he should have kept away from the steroids anyway, but its a bit too late for the roids to even have that great an effect....
