Breakfast---
3 Sausages,3 Rashers of Bacon,2 Eggs,Hash Browns,Black Pudding,Baked Beans,Grilled Tomatoes,2 Slices of Toast,Coffee 2 Sugars

Lunch---
Fish and Chips
Can of Coke

Dinner---
Chicken Curry(madras) Pilau Rice,Naan Bread,2 Pints Lager

Supper---
Pork Scratchings
8 Pints Guinness

Haha, sounds like a true diet of champions there. Especially the supper. Can never underestimate the power and nutrional value of Guinness.

haha that is insane, i knew Ricky loved his Guiness and fried breakfast but that blows my mind, he must really train hard to keep that weight down.

Yeah, It's pretty extreme for a pro fighter IMO. In the book it also has his "clean" diet, which I'll post

Holy crap! His cholesterol must be through the roof!

Like you said, he must have to train very hard to keep that weight down. I don't see how you can eat like this as a pro fighter.
