Fight Forum: Henderson v Franklin Results

Matt Sera vs Jon Fitch-

Jon Fitch started raining bombs on Serra from the opening minute. He cut
Serra badly in the first round by a staggering Hook. After that Serra was
in No-Mans Land. He attempted takedown after takedown but Fitch just sprawled.
Serra was lucky to survive the First Round. In the Second round it didnt take
long before Fitch started to as he staggers Serra with a Left Hook, and a
Round House Punch before landing a Brutal Uppercut. Which forced Serra down
for the count before throwing a series of punches in his open guard which
force Big John McCarthy to Jump in and stop the Fight.

Jon Fitch


Andrei Arlovski vs Mirko Cro Cop
Cro Cop and Arlovski come out swinging with Cro Cop getting the better
land solid punches. He lands a Vicious Straight Jab, which staggers Arlovski
Arlovski only grazes Cro Cop a few times before he gets hit with solid punches
He lands a Uppercut and Cro Cop is the one in Trouble now,
Arlovski is unleashing landing a Crushing Hook, which staggers Cro Cop
Followed by Uppercut, Round House Kick, Hook, which all make Cro Cop stagger
this combination forces Big John McCarthy to step in before Cro Cop takes
anymore Punishment

[b] Your Winner at 3:26 Of Round 1 by TKO/ Referee Stoppage Andrei Arlovski

Chuck Liddell vs Lyoto Machida

Lyoto opens the fight with a beautiful Low Kick but then on Liddell just dominates
Hits him with 2 solid Uppercut which drop Lyoto to the ground, Liddell is
in Side Control and lands a series of punches with John McCarthy Jumps in
Stop the Fight.

Middleweight Championship Fight
Dan Henderson vs Rich Franklin

Round One is even with Henderson and Franklin looking to lay down some punches
Rich Gets the better of him by causing a badly bruised Left Eye of Henderson
but Henderson is able to do his own damage. The fight goes to the ground
for a bit but nothing really happens to end the First Round.
Round 2 starts with Franklin hitting a series of Combinations with a
solid uppercut it sets up the end for Henderson. Henderson hits him
with a couple of body kicks but is staggered after a Round House Punch by
Franklin, Rich then pushes him into the corner before laying a series of
punches with drop Henderson to his knees and Big John Stops the Fight.

by TKO/ Referee Stoppage Rich Franklin

i announce i am moving up to 205 and want chuck liddell! that has-been has to stop fighting undersized karate jokes and fight a real contender like me!

Fight Forum: Champions Results

* Promo Runs of the current Fights we have tonight *

Sylvia vs Cro Cop
Cro Cop fires a early Jab, Syliva smiles as it was nothing. A vicious Roundhouse
Punch Staggers Sylvia, Sylvia has a slightly bruised eye. Attemptd flying knee
but Sylvia ducks. A Solid Uppercut staggers Sylvia once again. Sylvia fires back
with a hook only glancing the jaw of Cro Cop. A knee thrust to the head causes
Sylvia to be shaken up and look hurt. Still in the Clinch Cro Cop hits a knee to the
body and Sylvia winced then. Sylvia has a bruised Rib. A knee into the head.
This clinch is hurting Sylvia badly, A quick uppercut sends Cro Cop staggering
and sends him to the Mat, Tim Sylvia lands right on top of him in full mount
. Sylvia gets him agaisnt the fence and unleashes punches and Cro Cop has been Knock
Out cold. Big John jumps in and stops the Fight.

Winner at 2:02 Round 1 by Knock Out Tim Sylvia

* Promo of Liddell vs Henderson Build Up*

Chuck Liddell vs Dan Henderson
Solid Uppercut by Liddell as he sends Henderson a warning, Great Takedown attempt by Henderson
but Liddell sprawls and lands a short punch to the head of Henderson, Henderson fires a
cross back and connects. The Overhand by Liddell connects and Dan Henderson is stunned
Henderson grabs in a clinch in a effort to protect himself and goes for the takedown,
Liddell Defends and controls the clinch with a Vicious Elbow which drops Henderson
to his knees, The fighters stand again and Liddell hits a nice leg kick, but Henderson
counters with a solid uppercut, A barrage of Punches by Henderson he stuns Liddell, Henderson closes
the Gap but Liddell retreats Jab, Cross, Hook Sequence all hit Liddell,
Its punch for punch. Hook by Liddell sends Henderso to his Knees. He has a bruised eye but survives
round 1. The fighters come out for Round 2 and Circle Liddell hits a flush Left Hook
followed by a Right. Henderson has dropped to the Canvas Liddell ends it with a series
of punches and knocks out Henderson.

Your Winner at 0:22 Round 2 by Knock Out Chuck Liddell

* Promo of the first title fight, Looking back at Arlovski win and Nogueria *

Arlovski vs Nogueria Heavyweight Title Fight
The fighters come out fighter and exchange in the opening mins of the first round.
They both look comfortable with this gameplan. Nogueria Rocks Arlovski with a beautiful
Left Right Combination. So arlovski takes it to the ground. He works for control
and he gets side control. He hits a few elbows before Nogueria gives up his back
. Arlovski is trying to work the choke but Nogueria has good control of his right wrist.
Arlovski sinks in the choke but Nogueria is able to hold for the closing seconds
of Round 1. Round 2 The same happens they both have the stand up with Arlovski trading
first stunning Nogueria, then Nogueria returns the favour. Nogueria has a bruised eye
at this stage. Arlovski cardio is looking impressive and he ups the tempo
with a nice takedown. Nogueria gets a reverse in and starts raining bomb. The bell
sounds with Nogueria raising his arm only to find out it is the end of the round.
Round 3 Arlovski is pretty much controlling this round landing solid punches
which Nogueria has no answer to he looks gased from the Second Round. Nogueria attempts
a takedown but is punched which staggers him as Arlovski goes for the kill but gets hit
with a solid uppercut. Arlovski regains and fights his normally gameplan hitting a series
of jabs to end the Round. Round 4 Nogueria comes out and hits a combination
which forces Arlovski to take him down. Nogueria is keeping busy from the bottom
as he knows he is behind on the scorecard. Hammerfists by Arlovski stop Nogueria from
throwing so he can defend himself, Nogueria has a bloody lip and
his eye is swollen. Arlovski backs away and Big John forces Nogueria to stand.
They trade with Arlovski hitting more Power punches which gave him the Round.
The 5th and Final Round both fighters come out strong Arloski hits nogueria with a few solid
punches but Nogueria comes back in the end Staggering Arlovski before Arlovski hits him
with a left hook which stuns him and takes his momentum away. Arlovski is looking
to stay away as he knows the fight is his as he gets hit with a few glancing jabs which
finish the fight. We go to the Scorecard.

GSP fires a low kick, Davis Shrugs it off. A punch follow but Davis smiles
a kick to the body takes that smile away. GSP is getting all the hits in so far
it looks like Davis is waiting for his moment, GSP shoots to attempt a takedown
Davis Sprawls and GSP shoots again and manages a nice Trip to take Davis down
GSP is in Davis Open Guard. George St. Pierre fires a series of punches
Crushing Blows Davis is rattled. Marcus Davis just rolled his eyes to the back
of his head; HES OUT COLD!!!!!
