Tyson Griffin vs. Roger Huerta
I have watched a few fights of each of these guys over the last week or so and they have both really impressed me - there are some awesome lightweights out there at the moment and these two excite me the most.
So, who would win in a fight between these two? I would say Huerta by unanimous decision after an exciting part-stand-up, part-ground-based war a la Huerta-Garcia or Huerta-Guida.

I think the winner of this could legitimately be named the number 1 contender to the winner of Sherk-Penn.

Ooh... didn't know that Tyson had faced, and therefore lost to, Edgar (the Tyson fights I have seen are Tyson vs. Lee, Tyson vs. Guida and Tyson vs. Tavares). I haven't even seen Frankie fight if I'm honest. If he beat Tyson, he should be a contender too.
And there's always Clay Guida... granted, he lost to both Tyson and Roger but is a good fighter nonetheless.
Even Joe Stevenson could be in the mix again soon... losing to BJ is no disgrace but it will be interesting to see how he recovers from the loss.

i cant believe eveyone is picking huerta. Huerta basically got lucky that he rocked guida, he was getting dominated in that fight. Tyson griffen beat guida and hes basically a better version of guida. And i think doug evans and guida both showed that huerta's weakness is a good wrestler. I see tyson taking this pretty easily.

i think perhaps griffin might be a bad match for huerta stylistically as was guida. but i think huerta probably has a better chance of doing well overall than either of them. i mean guida has only won 4 of his last 10 fights

I would think Tyson takes this easily. He's the better wrestler, he's quicker, and he's all around more polished. Easy UD for Griffin.
