Anthony Johnson vs GSP
Johnson is huge and very good striker. Do you think that will be a good fight with GSP?
Or gsp will dominate all.

You gotta be effin' kidding me, who has Johnson fought to be even compared to GSP? He's like 5-1 and he's being compared to arguably the best welterweight in the world... Johnson is cocky and is the most over-rated fighter in the UFC right now, he'll never fight GSP or anyone that's above a B-level fighter, and he lost to a lightweight, if his size is such an advantage how did he lose to a 155'er? This fight wouldn't last more then a minute.
Takedown-GnP-Submission.

Anything can happen, as we saw when Serra beat GSP. Johnson's height advantage might give him an edge standing but GSP has proven he can beat you standing or on the ground. GSP just has too many options and once he beats Serra i don't see alot of people with the skills to beat him waiting in line. We'll see if Johnson is around in a few years and then revisist the topic.

Way to early to compare them. Just like Houston Alexander to Rampage before he was losing.

of course I voted for GSP...
Rumble was impressive and if GSP "takes him lightly" or doesn't prepare enough, we know what can happen.

Johnson had an impressive win, but it's still only 1 fight in the UFC. It's to early to tell if he will be a threat to the top-tier guys in the WW division. That being said, if this fight were to happen tomorrow I would predict GSP wins by TKO (GnP) in the first round. Johnson is a pure striker that doesn't have any wrestling experience as far as I know so it would probably be pretty easy for GSP to take him down.

He's actually 2-1 in the UFC with a solid wrestling background.
That being said, it's still to early to have this conversation. Johnson definitely has all the physical tools, now he needs to develop his skills a bit more. GSP is just too experienced at this point.

Wow, I didn't even know about his other UFC fights. As for his wrestling background, I don't know that much about this guy but on ufc.com "striking" is the only thing listed as his strengths. But regardless of whether he has a solid wrestling background or not, GSP would most likely still be able to take him down with ease and have his way with him on the ground. Remember, GSP was the guy that was able to take down and control both Hughes and Koscheck the two best wrestlers in the WW division.

I defintely don't disagree with ya. He's certainly not ready for the likes of GSP, but his length and his strength combined with his wrestling background make him tough for anyone. I give him a pass on the Clementi fight, he took that on 10 days notice and had to cut a ton of weight, which he never did actually make. Kid has a ton of potential IMO, I can't wait to see him fight again.
