Chuck Liddell vs. Chieck Kongo
Since Chuck is talking about making the jump to heavyweight. How about putting him in against someone who has no intention of taking anyone to the ground, like Chieck Kongo. Kongo has proven to be a powerful striker and is the bigger man. But Chuck is an excellent counter striker with KO power in both hands. Who wins?

Kongo wouldn't stand with Chuck, he would shoot all that he could and eventually get KO'd, he wouldn't even stand with Herring.

Hard to say. Chuck never faced a striker as big and powerful as Kongo, all it would take is one solid shot from Kongo to put Chuck down. On the other hand, Chuck is quicker then Kongo and also packs serios KO power. I could see the fight going either way, but I'd give the edge to Chuck.

chuck has better hands, but kongo might be able to use his kicks quite effectively. i say chuck would ko kongo but it would be a good fight

Good thread. Kongo has size, strength, and reach on Chack. Not to mention more technical stand-up. He just needs to follow a sound game plan. I have no idea what he was doing rolling with Herring.

Three fight ago I would of thought Chuck took this easy but lately I just don't know. I guess I would pick Kongo but it would probably be by close decision.
