Wish it went into alittle more detail on the supplement and how it works. It doesn't seem to have it's own website.

i felt the same way but i have read alot about the alkalinization process and the benefit of greens. it would seem that this product gives you both. its basically like eating pure grass and leaves that have an alkaline base. we all know that Greens are good for you, like spinach, but we don't get nearly enough. this product makes it easy. just drink the things. the idea of havinga body Ph that is alkaline has alot of scientific backing as well. the idea here is that virus, diseases and parasites can't live in an alkaline enviroment. basically it makes you immune to illness. the end result of this is that your body can focus solely on regeneration as opposed to fending off illness. it also has MSM in it which is supposedly excellent for your joints. i think if Randy uses it it must have some basis. i personally take Dr. Shulse's SuperFood which is similar to the Lightfoods product. a concentrated blend of a variety of greens minus the MSM and alkaline properties. i feel much better since i have been taking it. i know i don't get enough greens without it.

Guess I'll have to eat my greens. Who can afford 60 dollars a bottle?

60$ a bottle is alot. Xyience is up there too. Ill stick to creatine monohydrate, and alot of good proteins. Maybe even some multi-vitamins. But spending 60$ on a bottle of pills you could get easily out of some veggies isnt worth it. Do you seriously think Couture became a champ because of taking that.....no...it was from hard work n dedication, and a good diet.

I take Vege-Greens from a company called Progressive, and it's awesome. Everyone who says they can just get all this from their regular diet is dreaming. I get five full servings of fruits and vegetables in one glass, but compare it to the five full servings you get -- a couple of apples, some spinach, some broccoli, and a banana. Maybe a glass of orange juice and a half a tomato. I'm not knocking that stuff, because OF COURSE it's all good for you. But there are a ton of different fruits, vegetables, plants, algae, etc that have different health benefits, and you're never going to eat all of them on a regular basis. Some detoxify, some speed up your metabolism, some are good for your eyesight, some are high in fiber, plus different ones contain different vitamins.
By taking a high potency greens supplement like Vege-Greens, Greens-Plus, LightForce, etc, you get all of them, every day. How can that be anything but a good thing? Plus I still eat a lot of fruits and vegetables throughout the day, but I have the satisfaction of knowing that if I don't manage to eat enough, I'm still charging my body up with everything I need and more. On this stuff, I've noticed a big change in my energy level, my health (fewer colds, faster healing, etc) and my mood.
A 510 gram container lasts me months, and I add a teaspoon of liquid MSM to each serving. That way I'm basically getting a better version of LightForce without having to pay for the name.

Irish, I was taking the monohydrate creatine too. THen I found out that the monohydrate you only get about %30 of what you take to your muscles whereas the better (but more expensive) stuff gets from 80-90 percent to your muscles.

Sure, that stuff looks pretty good. I got the Progressive Vege-Greens at GNC as well, and I've been really happy with them. Make sure you use all that extra energy you get and train harder!
