I’m guessing you want comments so I say: Run. First advice I ever got on fighting was “If you want to fight you have to run.” There is no exercise that takes its place and it is great to warm you up for other workouts.

I still think that it is good for you. Besides you should still do cardio if you plan on fighting. You'll need it.

I get what you saying but im in a bulking phase at this time. Next month I will be in my strength phase in that time I will be doing cardio. Also around that time I will be looking to join a boxing gym to start boxing.

one of the first things you will be told when you join is that you will have to be doing alot of running. Also becareful of bulking up because if you mussles get larger faster than your heart is prepared for they will get tired alot faster.

You only can use the IMG tags when your pictures are online. Otherwise use the Attachment options, Andy.

If you wish to use the IMG tags, you will need to upload the pictures to something like Photobucket.com Then you right-click on the picture, go to properties and copy the link.
Or you use the attachment options, i.e. you scroll down when you are posting a message and work with "Manage Attachments".
Hope this helps. Does it?

You will need to upload the image online and THEN use the IMG link.. right now it is linking to your hard drive and thus not working. Go to http://imageshack.us easy to use page very reliable.. what youll want to do is give it the location to your image hit upload and ittl give you a page of links, go to the one called 'Direct Link to image' and copy that information over, and then put it in your [IMG] tag.

The link to the attachments changes every time you post a message.
Anyway, left-click on "Manage Attachments", then right-click somewhere on the light-blue area, go to Properties.
I am confused. LOL

Finally .... LOL
Thanks for sharing, you got a good definition. Maybe you could work a bit harder on bicep and shoulder? Good to see you have a strong neck, many people neglect that area at your age. Keep it up.

Alright, I was thinking of doing side shoulder raises that would bring out my shoulders more. As for biceps I dont want to start getting into working them directly again like bodybuilders. All there work of right now is coming from being stabilizers and pullups.
