Default 300,000 point contest!!!

Are you ready to win some easy points? All you have to do is post a video of yourself doing six complete circuits of the exercise program in the posted video. The rules are simple, you need to maintain form and do full reps, with ZERO REST between exercises and circuits. All entries should be posted in this thread and a winner will be chosen from all entries based on quickest time. I'd like to thank MTkrav911 and Snow Patrol for sponsoring this contest!!! Good Luck!

So the routine is;
10x Squat
20x lunges
20x split lungs
10x pops (squat jump)
Complete this routine a total of 6 times thats 360 reps. Most important is that you dont stop, second is that you keep propper form then thirdly that you complete the reps as fast as possible?
Simple post a video of yourself doing this and then post it up, every one who enters gets 150,000 points?

Yes is that but not for every one who enters gets the 150,000. He will choose. Maybe the fastest one could win it.

Damnit....My left thigh is so soar from muy thai tonight (took a real good knee...all discolored) maybe next week i'll be able to do it if no one has done it.

I'm going to attempt 10 circuits. Unfortunatly not right now coming back to training 3-4 hours a day is alot on the bod and im very very sore. Maybe on the weekend, or next week end.

Just to clarify. We've decided to issue three prizes. 200,000 for first. 75,000 for second and 25,000 for third. Winners placement will be based on overall time of six circuits, best time wins. Some restrictions may apply.

Posting a video is the only method that proves someone completed the workout. I don't have a camera so i won't be able to post a video either.

Some fool could easily do the exercise one or three times and peice/duplicate the video clips together.

Which is why all videos are going to be reviewed. So unless the person who decides to try chop together a video has superb editting skills they're going to be disqualified.
