I'm still 5 kg. under my weight,next friday i'll start again running and other aerobics training,over proteins and creatine what may i use?Or substitute something with other help (scuse my bad Enlish)

If you do too much aerobics you'll actually burn muscle mass up. That's why you never see a muscular marathon runner. So, depending on how much aerobics you're doing you may need to cut back some. I'm a little confused by your comment "over proteins and creatine..." but I would think protein would be the most important. You can always up your caloric intake by 1-2 thousand calories a day too, until you reach your desired weight, and then cut back to just maintain that weight.
