Default Can anyone help me ?

can anyone give me a diet and workout plan to help me lose weight and tone my body
iam 16
5'8
and i weight 12 stone
i would really apperciate the help thanks

I think just cutting out some calories, not eating crap and getting regular exercise should be adequate if you only 16

Avoid foods with lots of sugars in them...obviously junk food, candy and the like, but white bread, white rice, excess of potatoes, fast food, white starchy pastas. Eat whole grain breads and pastas, eat 6 smaller meals a day...and cut down approximately 500 calories a day. Also eat lots of lean meats and protein. And like Matt said exercise.

i weigh about 12 stone which is 168 pounds and i wont to lose about 20pounds
