My new protein!!
I just buy new protein because my last one is empty and I wanna to try someone new. But I really don't know if this one is good. I will post the link for the protein. And it's isolate. But I will put what is inside too.
I try this one because because he was cheap and want it to know if is good. So let me know what you think. Because I can't afford much more.

Cheaper brands of whey often contain higher levels of impurities, but that may not be the case anymore. Basically any Whey protein will work in supplementing your intake.

Yea, I just got back into supplementing accouple of weeks ago, so im still trying to find something thats cheep and works well. Where I went everything was either really cheep or overthe bar exspensive, but like top of the line. So it be good if you let us know how it performs.

The one protein that I'll swear to, but it's totally expensive?
Glycerlean. It's low calorie, etc. and really helped me out. You don't get that bloating that I hate with most proteins. But it's too expensive. Alot of NFL guys use it.

I just done a little search about that. And I found the price is the same. I found that for a 2lbs is 29.99 + shipping because i'm from canada. And a 4lbs is 57$ + shipping. Me is 5lbs for 59.99 and I go search it

Protein is protein man. Like I said before, buy an isolate if you are lactose intolerant, buy a blend if you're not. My protein cost me $60 USD for 10lbs and it "works" just fine.

Whey Depot ?
Well, I placed an order on May 9th, shipped the 11th, and then arrived here on May 13th. Essentially, it took 5 business days to arrive, fairly good. Other than that, great experience, price, service, and product.
The company I ordered from? Whey Depot. The Whey Depot
Highly recommended

Yeah very good shipping and good guy. Everytime I order, I received it 2 day after . And they have good price. Just order now 5lbs of Isolate and 6lbs of Casein
Last time they forgot to send me the protein. So they give me free shippig and t-shirt.

I really like buildingbrawn.com. I've yet to find a place that can beat their prices...and likewise they've got quick delivery. I even gotten things the next day...standard shipping.

I don't want to start a new thread as this is a protein/ supplement question.
I'm starting to work out twice a week in the gym and my systema class once a week. I want to lose weight and tone up rather than bulk. up. at The moment I'm slightly overweight although not by much so I was wondering what supplements would help my work out and recovery but not potential put weight on.

What is most likely to occur is that your going to lose fat and build some muscle at the sametime. So at first you might not lose any weight according to the scale but you'll see the differance in the mirror. I would recommend a pre and postworkout shake to power you through your workout and aid you in recovery. Your preworkout shake should consist of .20grams of carbs per pound of bodyweight and .05grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. For a 200lb. person this is about 40g of carbs and 10g of protein. Mix in 16 to 24 ounces of water and drink half before the workout and sip the rest during the workout. For a post workout shake you want .20grams of both carbs and protein mixed in 16 to 24 ounces of water. Again, for a 200lb. person this is about 40g carbs/40g protein. Drink immediately after finishing your workout. I've had great success with this system.

No problem! When i was exercising regularly i used this method and went from a chubby 185 to a solid 200. I looked and felt great. Its refered to as nutrient timing and is probably the most effective way to consume protein, lose fat and gain lean mass.
