Default Great Set Of Workouts

I was wondering does anyone know a good set of workouts one can do with a heavybag, headache bag, jump rope, and workout ball? I was wondering from a fighters standpoint whats some tricks to make me have faster, and more powerful punches/ kicks? as well as agility and endurance. As well as some wrestling?

Ask Crashti.

I weighed 240 lbs before I came onto FF 2 years ago. Not a total lardass, but getting there. At least I was an active 240 lbs, but I lacked something. I have a muscular physique at that size, so sometimes I fool myself into thinking I'm in better shape than I am. I teach kickboxing, so I kinda was lost into that mentality those years ago.

Until......

I looked at Crashti's routines, and followed about 25% of them to the letter over that time? Then I followed SitinSpins Burpee routine.

I weigh 215 now. Which to this day I never thought possible from a simple MMA web-site.

That's why I'll live and die to Fight Forum. ESP Crashti and also SitInspin, but he's not around anymore unfortunately.
