Eddie Bravo has some really good stretches for flexability. You could probally find them on the net, or buy the book or dvd set "Mastering The Rubber Guard". I have both and the stretches have really helped my flexability.

Eddie Bravo's stretching techniques are top notch but are best suited for the extreme positions of the Rubber Guard. Positions which are not seen in wrestling or even more traditional forms of BJJ. Wrestling requires a more athletic type of flexibility which can be addressed through wrestling drills and full body combat specific exercise. Over time you will also gain additional flexibility within the requirements of wrestling.

I used to combine static and dynamic stretching. I'd also kick so high and hold it on the bag for acouple of seconds, recoil, and kick a little higher and hold it...worked pretty good.
