Default Thinsporation?

I posted this on another Forum, but I think its go's for here too.

wow, I guess this is a trend but I never noticed this. I just came across it. I'd offer links to this so called word but they are different so, I'll sum it up.

Thinsporation is basically a method to make people lose weight and become disgustingly skinny. At first when I saw this on youtube, I though it was a sub genre of emo but its not. I find it repulsive knowing people want others to get skinny, at unhealthy levels. In common with videos and definitions they mentioned names like Nichole Richy which had and eating disorder. They also show pics of people who look like they haven't eaten in centuries.

If you read comments like on youtube videos about Thinsporation, you would be confused, they are supporters of a serious mental illness. I think that those people who support thinsporation just want to be thin, unhealthy thin, and think they won't have a problem.

I finally concluded that it was really messed up when they mentioned binging and stuff.

Correct me if I'm wrong about this, stupid, unethical trend of Thinsporation.

Yea, I believe that it is a very serious mental disorder. I don't see how anyone could actually want to become that skinny. It looks grose, and it is extremely unhealthy.

i don't think anyone looking around this forum is interested in looking like a walking corpse. Losing weight? Yes, that's almost a universal desire in this country, even among elite fighters. How often do we see fighters move up in weight? Aside from BJ Penn and his craziness it's almost always the other way around, with fighters dropping down a class.

This is scary and sad.. This is really upsetting. Women in India and Africa are thin because of poverty and a true lack of food.. What do they think of women in the US who choose to be deathly thin ? How did we get to this point ? This is very disturbing.. Give me Cybill Sheppard or Jane Mansfeld any day !!
