Default Reaction training for the ground

Here is a video of some unique ground drills to boost reaction time and speed during a scramble. Looks like fun, if you're the quicker one. Not so much fun if you're not so quick.

ERROR: If you can see this, then YouTube is down or you don't have Flash installed.

I actually almost broke my hand this morning on a grappline dummy in our Krav Maga class. We were doing mount position attacks full force, and those grappling dummies can be hard.

Then we did drills similar to t hat video in our BJJ class.

Needless to say?

I got tooled.

Like you said, it's not tailor made for big guys. But.... I KNOW I burned a good 3500 plus calories in the 4 hour morning session of all that ****!

You almost broke your hand? Do you wear gloves when you do Krav Maga drills?
