Default Help with stretching for flexability

Anyone know any good stretching programs to increase flexabliaty? I've never been flexable, even as a kid. All I can find are runner warmup stretches.

We do a lot of stretching at Muay Thai. I have heard the instructor tell the not-so-limbre guys that it will help them to just stretch out whenever they can like sitting in front of the tube or whatnot.

Yeah, I've really been trying to improve my conditioning and flexability by jogging each morning, then stretching aferwards. Then I had a conditioning drill I do later in the day, followed by more stretching. I get off work at 11PM and lift weights, followed by more stretching! I'm trying real hard to make improvements as quickly as possible.
