did'nt you post about this awhile back? have you gone to see a doctor? i believe that was the recommended advice. this is your brain after all. i personally get the occasional headache but nothing that goes on for months at a time. certainly nothing that interfers with training on a regular basis.

Do you have high blood pressure or perhaps get too stressed out and tense when fighting?

high blood presusre can easily lead to tension headaches which can feel like a 500 pound brick resting on top of your skull. Also, have you ever had a neck injury or any back injury that could be mis-aligning your spine and causing muscular tension? Could be that when fighting your body gyrates in motions uncommon in your everyday life too. I am no doctor but I do know that if i have bad headaches I can go see my chiropractor and be headache free for months.

Back problems..yes that could be a issue regarding myself. i did play lots of years of football, and fighting defanetly could have hurt my back also,.especailly from all the slams...well i dont have any serios back pain tho,but i do feel pain once in a while....funny thing, the last time i went to the chiropracter, he told me my back was not aligned so mayby thats the real problem..hope so..n e way, i will consider goni to the chiropracter now 4 sure..thanc man...also, was ur back pain severe or just lite. and what did he do, just align ur back or massage.....
