Unhappy boxing and kickboxing techniques

I've been traning in MMA for a while , but lately i noticed that my grappling skills have been aprooving , while my striking is stuck on the 2-3rd mnt or so. I have traning partners , a boxing and kick-boxing and a judoand jiu-jitsu jims that i train at 2 days a week , plus all kinds of equipment at home - bag , wheits.... all together i train almost every day - still my striking is not aprooving as fastt as i want it to. One of the things that really helped me with my grapling was the book of BJJ:Theory and Techniques by Roiler and Renzo Gracie - the simple manner in which they explain all the techniques and possible progresions and all basics and fundamentals of the game.So i figure i shoud look into picking up some good boxing , kick-boxing or Muy Thay(whatever way this is supposed to be spelled out) books , hoping that they'll help me the way the BJJ book did. Anyone with any good ideas or names of books or dvds - help me , i am a desspered man.

i bought this book and its not too bad, http://www.harpercollins.com/global_...thenewyourbook i would however recommend that you take a look at the "titleboxing.com" thread not to far down the list, they have an awesome selection of boxing information, both books and DVD's.
