Thumbs up Prevent Eilers' Injury w/ this Method

If anyone saw Justin Eilers acl blow up in his last fight you were probably thinking"I dont want to go through that". Well I have recently made a purchase of a training product thats supposed to make the ankle and knee injury prone areas more resistant to injury. Go to jumpusa.com and purchase a pair of jumpsoles and some proprioceptors. They also help agility, vertical jump, speed, etc. Frank Shamrock also uses them, and has a seminar tape on the site with jumpsoles products in it.

I used those in highschool for basketball. They worked great. Funny story, I was at basketball camp in SU., and the back then owners of the shoe came to give a seminar. One of the kids he pulled from the sideline took the shoes off to show how much his vertical leap improved. When he landed after the jump he blew his knee out. They think its because he wasn't use to being that high off the ground and it threw his timing off. "The Strenght Shoe" is what it was called back then. Well 15 or so years ago!! But your right, the shoes really work well, they will turn your hole leg into one big piece of iron.

Im talking about a different type. Proprioceptors are plugs that you place at the bottom of the shoes to increase balance, stabilation of the muscles and even helps the nervous system(some exercises.) Thanks for the post Master Jones. I use them for basketball also. Proprioceptors are also great for ankle or acl rehab, and the shoes themselves work well just like you said. Thank you.Strength shoes still exist, but jumpsoles are cheaper and actually strap onto your shoes.Plus, they are the only ones that can work with proprioceptors.

Yea, I relized that after I typed it all out. Go figure, I talk first and look at the web page second. The shoe that straps does the same thing that a strength shoe does? I hope you don't think that I was knocking the shoes or anything, because I really do think they are a great tool in tranning. I was just remembering a old basketball story. Thanx

I think Eilers injury came from football, being seriously over matched in the first place, and "other" things he put in his body.

Hehe, I think his injury came form Andrei Arlovski beating his legs over and over again so they couldn't hold his fatness anymore.

Good fight though !!

And if Frank uses um they are probably real good
