i have mentioned the company Intocombat.com before. i have recommended many of thier products and have found them to be one of the most scientific and modern training based companies around. i recently purchased thier S.A.I.D MMA circuit traing video. S.A.I.D is explained in the link i have provided. the DVD is amazing and should be an essential piece in any serious MMA athletes toolbox. IntoCombat works with such fighters as Jeff Monson and Marcus Aurelio, who is the man who recently beat Takanori Gomi who at the time was unbeaten in Pride. the DVD is awesome and gave me information i would have never figured out on my own. it is worth the price and then some. there is a sequence involving a stability ball that will amaze anyone training in grappling. if i gave out ratings this would be a 5 STAR purchase.
