IntoCombat.com will be releasing the sequel to "the Final Countdown" sometime in the next two weeks. "the Final Countdown" followed Jeff Monson's last hard workout 10 days out from UFC 57. the Final Countdown 2 follows Jeff as he prepared for UFC 61(i think). i bought the Final Countdown package when it came out and was very impressed by the information made available to me. if you think you know how a top fighter trains for a fight, great. If you don't or just want to see what Jeff does to maintain 240lbs. on his 5'9" frame then its worth buying. i will repost when it is released and will give my opinion on it after i buy it.
