good mouth gaurd

any suggestions on good mouthpeice , i am willing to pay for a good peice , that is something i have chinced out on before and never again.

I've personally only ever used one of the basic boil-and-bite mouthguards, and through years of boxing I've never had any problems.

For a higher-end model, I know people who use both the Shock Doctor and the Brain Pad, but pros get custom fitted for one. I'm not sure where in your area you'd go to do that, but if there's a boxing gym nearby, give them a call and ask.

O-pro, it's pretty much a custom. There's three different levels of it. Brain Pads are good too.

If you ask your dentist they shoud be able to get you a custom fit one. I remember getting one from my dentist for hockey when I was a kid.

I just finished having a bunch of dental work done and to keep my pretty smile, my dentist threw in a mouthgaurd. It's not near good enough unfortunaltely and she couldn't do a one piece upper and lower with the split so you can still breath. I'm going to order an O-pro.
