Default MMA Training in PA

Anyone know of any good BJJ/Grappling/MMA gyms around the Harrisburg, PA area?
I've seen PA-Grappling.com's website, but unfortunately they're 3.5 hours away in Altoona, PA. I'm moving to the area and would love to start some BJJ/Grappling.

I can't find much. It seems like PA, particularly in your part of it, is full of McDojos advertising "karate for fitness and self-defense. Please inquire about holding your child's birthday party at our dojo", etc.

Here's a list of schools in PA -- maybe something will spark your interest and be a little closer than the one you mentioned. There are at least a couple that offer jiu-jitsu, and one in Turtle Creek that's actual MMA.

Good luck.

Thumbs up

thanks for the link sitnspin. yeah, the McDojos (nice) seem to dominate the area .
At this point I'm just thinking I'll brush up on my judo at the local Y! That and a Bas Rutten tape and I'll be set

ok, I found two places that look pretty good nearby:

Berks County Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy
Ephrata Martial Arts

Anyone know about these places? The first is associated with Royler Gracie.
