Nut pulls.

I ice them down afterwards.

I don't grapple regularly, but whenever I've gone back for a little BJJ, I've often messed up my elbow. I think there must be some kind of chronic injury that gets reaggravated.

Knowing that, it's a good idea for me to wrap that elbow, and in the last few months I've been doing a lot of forearm exercises (regular and reverse wrist curls) because a sports doctor told me that tendonitis in the elbow can result from having developed biceps and triceps but not enough forearm strength. All these wrist curls have basically eliminated the tennis elbow I used to suffer from, and I'm eager to see if it helps me avoid injuring my elbow next time I roll.

i have only experienced general soreness and slight muscle pulls. rest takes care of it and i am back at 100% in a few days. i just need to slow down and take the time to warm-up. i get so excited to spar that sometimes i rush through my warm-up routine. Post workout stretching would help me immensely as well but i hate stretching.

I never thought I'd say this.

But I'm gonna stick with boxing for a while. Less chance of injury. I'll just work the mitts and spar at my gym then at the AKA cause kickboxing/grappling etc... Is too hard!

Hyperextensions are very easy to get when you are still learning your limits and when you should and shouldnt tap.

Muscle pulls and finger injuries.I'm always jamming my fingers.

But the worst(and scariest) injury I've had is a sprained neck.

Mat burns and scrapes from rolling. Those are going to defintely be your most common injuries.

i seem to get lots of ankle and heel injuries i think this is from years of football injuries which always happen to get brought back through throws and breakfalls. took a few elbows to the face aswell but i guess you cant prevent that.

ankles and wrists id say are the most common for me.

mine was my wrsit ... from striking

i actully think it might be broken..

i just wrapped it up with wrist wraps tighly for most of the day and iced it in a submerged bowl of ice and water... then a lil heat in the shower... then back to ice water then back in the wrap... did this for a week and a half and now its feeling alot better and i can finally start to put a lil pressure on it... but its stil sore... feels like its healing correctly but i want to look into taking some suplements for bone and joint healing.. just dont kno wwhat kind yet ?

Have you been to a doctor like we recommended? As I said, if you actually fractured it and you're letting it heal on its own without x-rays or a professional opinion, you're running the risk of it healing incorrectly and causing you further problems down the road.
