Default Fight Training and Nutrition FAQ/Disclaimer

Recently there have been several general medical questions posted here, so I think this is an important 'mini faq' for all members to read and understand. More information will be added soon.

We are a general advice forum regarding proper weight lifting, diet and conditioning. Please keep in mind that while some of our members may be instructers/trainers for a living that this information is not intended to replace the advice of a doctor or trained rehab professional.
